QAQC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance:Implement and monitor the project-specific QA/QC plan and proceduresEnsure all work complies with internal quality standards project specifications and relevant codesConduct internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to QA/QC protocolsIdentify non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions are takenQuality Control:Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with approved material submittalsReview and approve method statements inspection test plans (ITPs) and quality-related documentsSupervise and conduct inspections at various stages: fabrication installation and finishingCoordinate third-party inspections and testing as requiredDocumentation & Reporting:Maintain comprehensive records of inspections test results non-conformances and quality reportsPrepare and submit daily/weekly QA/QC reports to the Project ManagerEnsure that all relevant QA/QC documents are updated and maintained in compliance with ISO standardsCoordination & Support:Coordinate with the project team site engineers subcontractors and consultants regarding quality issuesSupport the site team in resolving technical issues related to materials methods and qualityAttend quality meetings and participate in site progress reviewsRequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field35 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer preferably in the aluminium glass or façade industryIn-depth knowledge of QA/QC procedures ISO standards and construction industry codesFamiliarity with façade systems such as curtain walls cladding structural glazing ACP etc.Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approachKnowledge of fabrication and installation processes is a strong advantage Key Skills ASP.NET,Health Education,Fashion Designing,Fiber,Investigation Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 5000 - 5000
