The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry and be familiar with ISO standards. ADNOC experience is considered an advantage.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality control procedures and processes in accordance with ISO standardsConduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specificationsIdentify and report any non-conformities and work with project teams to develop corrective actionsMonitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to managementReview and approve project documentation, including quality plans, procedures, and specificationsProvide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality-related mattersConduct training and awareness sessions on quality standards and processesParticipate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related issuesKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control and recommend improvements to existing processesMentor and train junior QA/QC engineers and techniciansRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the oil and gas industryStrong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systemsExperience working with ADNOC is considered an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel and work on-site as requiredValid professional certifications in quality control/assurance is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
