QA/QC Manager

Joining this project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark development that will redefine urban mobility in the capital.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans for road and bridge projects, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction processes, identifying non-conformities and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish quality benchmarks and performance metrics, facilitating continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates to support project accountability.Train and mentor site personnel on quality standards and best practices, fostering a culture of quality awareness within the team.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials and workmanship meet specified quality requirements, conducting material inspections as necessary.Review project plans and specifications to identify potential quality issues early in the project, providing recommendations for design modifications to enhance constructability.Lead root cause analysis for any quality failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future risks and enhance project outcomes.Act as the main point of contact for quality-related matters during project meetings, ensuring that quality objectives are communicated and understood by all stakeholders.Qualifications & EducationEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.Experience RequirementsTotal Experience: 20+ years experience in the contract management site.Managerial Experience: Minimum 5+ years working as Quality Manager.Regional Experience: Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.Skills & CompetenciesLanguages: Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Software: Proficiency in MS Office SuiteLeadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Mindset: A self-driven, result-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
