QA/QC Manager (Offshore)

NOTE : This role will be based at our project sites across the United Arab Emirates. Please apply only if you are interested in working in the UAE and have no restrictions in obtaining a UAE visa.We are seeking an experienced Project Site QA/QC Manager to lead, develop, and oversee all quality functions across major EPC oil and gas projects. Join a business with deep technical roots, where your voice is heard, your impact is visible, and your career is part of a legacy of excellence.Your RoleAs a QA/QC Manager, you willLead the development, implementation, and maintenance of project‑specific QA/QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and procedures.Manage a multidisciplinary QA/QC team including inspectors, document controllers, and auditors.Oversee all site inspections, testing, and quality surveillance activities in accordance with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and HSE teams to ensure consistent quality standards across all disciplines.Interface with clients, EPC partners, and regulatory bodies on all quality‑related matters.Conduct internal and external audits; report findings and drive corrective/preventive actions.Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, API, ASME, and applicable project codes.Manage site NCRs, quality KPIs, and deliver timely reports to project leadership.Support mechanical completion, commissioning, and final project handover documentation.What We’re Looking ForExperienceMinimum 15+ years of QA/QC experience, with at least 5 years in EPC Oil & Gas projects.Proven experience managing QA/QC teams at major project sites.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS-CWI, API, ASNT Level II/III are highly advantageous.HSE certification related to material handling and logistics.Skills and Expertise:Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle—engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.What We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE’s Oil and Gas EPC Mega projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ready to be part of our team?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join Target Engineering and Construction Co.
