QA/QC Manager

Job SummaryMOBCO Group is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities across ongoing projects. The candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and company quality policies while maintaining the highest quality standards throughout project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain project Quality Management Plans (QMP)Oversee QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and standardsCoordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on quality requirementsMonitor site inspections, testing, and documentation processesReview and approve method statements, ITPs, and quality proceduresEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirementsLead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of NCRsMonitor contractor and subcontractor quality performanceProvide quality-related reports and updates to senior managementEnsure proper documentation and records management for QA/QC activitiesIdentify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actionsSupport project teams in resolving technical quality issuesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field15 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within construction projectsProven experience as QA/QC Manager in construction projectsStrong knowledge of international quality standards and proceduresExperience in managing project quality documentation and auditsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesFamiliarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsCandidate must be available to join immediately#J-18808-Ljbffr
