At JASARA PMC, we are dedicated to developing innovative, quality-focused solutions that support the vision of a better tomorrow.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive inspections and audits to verify compliance with industry standards and project specificationsDevelop and refine quality assurance processes, ensuring effective implementation across projectsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promptly address and resolve quality issuesPrepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and compliance recordsAnalyze quality performance data to identify trends and implement improvementsProvide quality-related training and support to project personnelFacilitate communication regarding quality objectives and performance across all project stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldAt least 10-15 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the civil engineering sectorThorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and relevant industry standardsProficient in quality control procedures and documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesEffective communication skills with a proven ability to work collaborativelyExperience with quality management systems and tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
