QA QC Engineer â Structural Steel (On Site)

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer Structural Steel to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bridge projects and a solid background in structural steel fabrication erection and inspection. A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain the projects Quality Management System in compliance with company client and regulatory requirements.Review interpret and ensure compliance with project specifications drawings and relevant standards for structural steel works.Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials fabricated steel structures and on-site installations.Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports test records NCRs and corrective actions.Coordinate with project teams clients and third-party inspectors to ensure smooth quality control processes.Monitor welding bolting and coating activities to ensure adherence to applicable codes and standards.Ensure proper calibration of inspection and testing equipment.Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors on quality-related matters.Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE).4 8 years of experience in QA/QC for structural steel works specifically in bridge projects.Preferred certifications: CSWIP 3.1 AWS CWI NACE BGAS FROCIO.UAE experience preferred.Own car and valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).Strong knowledge of relevant international standards (AWS D1.1 AISC ASTM BS EN ISO).Proficient in preparing and reviewing ITPs method statements and material submittals.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Additional InformationA monthly salary of AED 7500/- to 11500/- depending on Experience and interview performanceAED 750/- Fuel Card will be providedFamily Insurnace and Visa will be provided.Company SIM Card & standard Laptop will be providedRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
