QA QC Engineer

RAQ continually seeks to diversify its market presence and portfolio in the Civil Contracting sector. We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, excellent communication & problem-solving abilities, and a passion for construction. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting construction projects and systems to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015.Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, and Material Submittals.Conduct and witness inspections and testing for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality / DCD / Trakhees / ADM standards and project specifications.Raise and follow up Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection logs, and test reports.Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports for management and consultants.#J-18808-Ljbffr
