QA Mechanical Engineer - (Oil & Gas)

ResponsibilitiesFamiliar with QMS structure & aware of the Quality Policy of the organizationEnsure establishing, implementing, and maintaining of quality management system of each departmentEnsuring QMS process maintenanceReporting to Management on QMS performance of all departmentsPerforming Internal Audit and discuss its findings to concern persons for closing out of NCR / CPAR if anyIdentify any potential quality issues as per defined process and elevate them immediately to managementEnsure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirementsIsolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixesControl of document and recordsDistribute all controlled documents to concerned department as per requirementEnsure the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirementsPreparation of Inspection test plan (ITP), WPS, Work Procedures, Controlled formats as per Client requirementCoordinate with the site QC in charge for the completion of as-built documentationAttend the QA/QC meetingCoordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field QC site inspectorsRequirementsTechnical CompetenciesBachelor's degree in mechanical engineeringOil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical Experience required4+ years' experience in a similar positionExcellent communication skills (English)Ability to read & understand well international codes & standardsISO 9001:2015 - LEAD AUDITOR CERTIFICATEISO 14001:2015 or ISO45001:2015 CERTIFICATEMust be experienced in internal audit as per QMS#J-18808-Ljbffr
