QA Engineer

We have an office in Abu Dhabi that you can utilize as often or little as you'd like.We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality a product that our customers can trust and love. This role is ideal for someone with at least a couple of years of experience in QA or software engineering, who wants to take ownership of testing and grow into being the QA voice in our product and engineering process.ResponsibilitiesRun manual QA across our products (web, mobile, and APIs)Define and maintain test cases and test plansWork closely with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and spot edge cases earlyCollaborate in sprint planning and reviews, ensuring QA considerations are part of the discussionInvestigate issues, reproduce bugs, and clearly document findings for the engineering teamContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and toolingPerform API testing and use tools like Postman or similar(Bonus) Contribute to test automation and scripting where possibleRequirements2+ years of experience in QA or software engineering at a tech company (experience in a product-driven company is a plus, but software agencies are also relevant)Strong attention to detail and a knack for thinking about what can go wrong.Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and APIsAbility to define, organize, and execute test plans systematicallyGood communication skills, able to describe problems and edge cases clearly.(Nice to have) Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting(Nice to have) Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated QA into pipelinesBenefitsRemote and flexible work environmentDiverse, driven and supportive team with a positive work atmosphere (one of our core values)A culture of growth - being mentored, coached and supported to grow in your careerGreat company healthcare package with dental and optical coverageLearning and development budgetEquity plan for all employees#J-18808-Ljbffr
