QA Engineer (Loyalty)

Astra’s mission is to enrich people’s lives by making communication and e-commerce more seamless, connected, and natural.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive functional and regression testing for promotion and marketing campaign projects.Validate integration with Talon external system for promotions, vouchers, campaigns, and loyalty programs.Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to ensure campaign logic, rules, and eligibility criteria are correctly implemented.Perform backend API testing and data validation for campaign creation, user enrollment, reward distribution, and redemption flows.Ensure system reliability and traceability of campaign results, including logs, reporting, and dashboards.Identify potential risks in campaign execution (e.g., incorrect eligibility, reward duplication, data mismatches) and report them clearly.Participate in Agile sprints, collaborating closely with development and marketing teams to align QA coverage with release plans.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven QA experience in promotion systems, campaign management, or loyalty program platforms.Hands‑on experience in backend API testing, database validation, and third‑party system integration.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of identifying edge cases and campaign risks.Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to work collaboratively in sprint cycles.Good communication skills, with the ability to bridge QA, product, marketing, and external vendors.Experience with automation testing or performance testing for promotion systems is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
