Job Description As a Python Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying AI systems utilizing Python, OCR systems, RAG pipelines, and backend development. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using LangChain / LangGraph. - Building structured AI pipelines with Pydantic validation and LLM agents. - Developing OCR-based document intelligence solutions using AWS Textract, PaddleOCR, and Tesseract. - Designing and maintaining scalable backend services using FastAPI, Django, and Flask. - Implementing and deploying microservices on AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EC2). - Optimizing latency, performance, and cost for AI-powered systems. - Developing data pipelines, ETL workflows, and automation processes. - Integrating vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB) for GenAI solutions. - Implementing authentication (JWT) and observability tools (Langfuse). - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered enterprise applications. Your technical skills should include proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB. Additionally, you should be familiar with GenAI / AI / ML concepts, backend development with FastAPI / Django / DRF / Flask, and REST API design. It would be beneficial if you have experience with Vision LLMs, Streamlit or PyQt-based application development, Fintech or audit-domain experience, and workflow automation. Soft skills such as a strong problem-solving mindset, the ability to convert business use cases into AI-driven solutions, experience collaborating with distributed teams, and mentorship or recruitment contribution experience are highly valued. Your educational background should include a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
