Job Description As a Tech Hiring professional, you will be instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product/software. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes - Investigating problem areas throughout the software development life cycle - Facilitating root cause analysis of system issues and problem statements - Identifying ideas to improve system performance and impact availability - Analyzing client requirements and converting them into feasible designs - Collaborating with functional teams or systems analysts for detailed software requirement investigations - Performing coding and ensuring optimal software/module development - Determining operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, requirements, software development, and proposed software - Developing and automating processes for software validation by setting up and designing test cases/scenarios/usage cases and executing them - Modifying software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces - Ensuring error-free code, bug-free software, and test failure - Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status - Compiling timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports as requested - Coordinating with the team on daily project status and progress and documenting it - Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, tracing results to quality risk, and reporting to concerned stakeholders You will also be responsible for status reporting and maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
