Job Description As an Analytics professional at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be joining the Automation Center of Excellence to design and implement data-driven solutions, automate data engineering workflows, and derive actionable insights from large volumes of data using Python programming. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Develop end-to-end task and workflow automation pipelines using Python across various data sources. - Transform Excel-based manual processes into automated Python-based processes with strong governance frameworks. - Possess expertise in Python programming, data pre-processing, data engineering, and automation. - Utilize libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, openpyxl, pyxlsb, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. - Adhere to Python coding standards and formatting conventions for maintainable, scalable, and reusable modules. - Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards. - Experience with Posit Workbench and Posit Connect is advantageous. **Tools and Technology Experience:** - Mandatory experience in Python, SQL, and version control systems like Azure DevOps or Bitbucket. - Preferred experience in R programming, Posit Workbench, and R Shiny. - Knowledge of Big Data technologies for processing large data sets is preferred. - Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools and data visualization techniques is desirable. **Functional and Other Expertise:** - 5 to 8 years of experience using Python for end-to-end data pre-processing, transformation, and automation. - Educational qualification should be BE, B.Tech, MCA, or a Masters degree in Statistics or Mathematics from Tier 1 institutions.
