Job Description Role Overview: You are an experienced Python Developer who is passionate about building modern AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities: - Build and enhance AI-powered applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks. - Design clean, modular, maintainable code following software engineering best practices. - Develop RAG pipelines, preprocessing workflows, and LLM orchestration flows. - Work with vector databases, embeddings, chunking strategies, and retrieval pipelines. - Implement multi-agent workflows using agentic frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions. Qualifications Required: - Strong background in software development with solid understanding of clean code principles, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, testing methodologies, Version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines. - Proven experience building scalable Python applications, ability to write modular, maintainable, production-grade code, and familiarity with popular Python libraries and frameworks. - Basic to Intermediate knowledge of GenAI & LLM Concepts including Chunking & document preprocessing, Embeddings & vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows, and Function calling, tool use & orchestration patterns. - Hands-on experience with LangChain, including designing chains, building RAG pipelines, tool integration, LLM orchestration workflows, and working knowledge of LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, or other agent-based libraries. Experience designing multi-agent systems, workflow graphs, or autonomous pipelines.
