The MEAI team works closely with local markets and global headquarters to support commercial and operational activities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day purchasing activities and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement requirementsLead RFQ/RFP processes, including supplier evaluation and commercial comparisonNegotiate pricing and contractual terms to ensure cost efficiency and value optimizationCreate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP in compliance with company proceduresMonitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issuesPrepare procurement reports and support monthly management reviewsKey Skills & QualificationsProcurement & Commercial Expertise1–2 years of experience in Purchasing/ProcurementAbility to support cost control and value-driven purchasing decisionsStrong negotiation skills and commercial awarenessAnalytical & Systems ProficiencyAdvanced MS Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint for professional presentations.Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systemsAbility to analyze data and generate actionable insightsStrong attention to detail and accuracyCommunicationAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with internal departmentsCapability to build and maintain effective supplier relationshipsEducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
