This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, operational continuity, and compliance with quality and food safety standards. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Chefs, Branch Managers, and Marketing to support smooth day-to-day operations and special activations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily purchasing activities for food, beverage, and F&B operating supplies.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best balance of quality, pricing, and service.Ensure all purchases are made through approved suppliers and within company guidelines.Establish Plan A and Plan B suppliers to mitigate supply shortages and operational disruptions.Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.Coordinate closely with branch managers and chefs-in-charge on requirements, consumption trends, and forecasts.Monitor market trends, availability, and price fluctuations of food and beverage items.Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all purchases, including quotations, POs, delivery notes, and invoices.Verify received goods against purchase orders for quantity, quality, and specifications.Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and local authority requirements.Maintain accurate purchasing records, trackers, and reports.Support inventory counts, audits, and variance checks when required.Coordinate with the Marketing team on purchasing needs for events, campaigns, and activations.Manage urgent or last-minute operational purchasing requirements efficiently.Maintain strict confidentiality of supplier pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.Ensure all F&B assets and consumables are purchased within approved specifications and standards.RequirementsProven experience in purchasing or procurement within the F&B or hospitality industry.Strong supplier negotiation and coordination skills.Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.Valid UAE driving license is required.Why Join Trace Hospitality?Be part of a growing hospitality group with ambitious expansion plans.Work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your impact is visible.Opportunity to contribute directly to operational excellence and cost efficiency.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
