<div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Assist customers with order status updates.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.</li><li>Continuously improve service processes and procedures.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul><h3>Tamheer Program Requirements</h3><ul><li>Must be a Saudi national.</li><li>Must not have more than one year of work experience registered in the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).</li><li>Must not be currently enrolled in another Tamheer program.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
