You will work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure that all goods and services are purchased at the best possible price and delivered on time. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our company's efficiency and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement purchasing strategies to meet the company's goals and objectivesSource and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality products and services at the most competitive pricesReview and analyze purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and proceduresMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesCollaborate with internal departments to determine their purchasing needs and provide guidance on budget and cost‑saving opportunitiesManage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortagesConduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new suppliers and cost‑saving opportunitiesPrepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and other purchasing‑related documentationMonitor and track expenses and make recommendations for cost‑saving initiativesResolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers or internal departments in a timely and professional mannerQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement roleProven track record of negotiating and managing supplier relationshipsStrong knowledge of procurement processes and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with purchasing software is a plusAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsWe OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and developmentA dynamic and collaborative work environmentA chance to be a part of a successful and growing companyHow to ApplyIf you are a highly motivated and results‑driven individual with a passion for procurement, we want to hear from you.
