A leading distributor of medical equipment`s is looking to hire a Purchasing Officer for their office based in Abu Dhabi.Job Responsibilities:Compare and evaluate offers from suppliersNegotiate contract terms of agreement and pricingTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryReview quality of purchased productsMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoicesPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysesMonitor stock levels and place orders as neededCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storageCreate all the Purchase Order (Local & International)Nominate a freight forwarderUpdating every day, the purchase order monitoring sheetWorking on all governmental portal (shipment-clearance-classification-registration)Education & other requirements:Bachelor`s DegreeYears of experience: 2 – 3 Years relevant UAE experienceWorking Hrs. and Days: 7am – 4.30:pm, Sundays to Fridays – Saturday OffTransportation will be provided by the Company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
