The company currently employs a workforce of approximately 4,000 in the Middle East, and a total of 10,000 worldwide.Job DescriptionWhy This Role MatterThe procurement function plays a critical role in ensuring that projects run efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. As a key link between suppliers and internal teams, this role directly impacts project timelines, cost control, and the overall quality of delivered materials and services. By securing the right products at the right time and cost, the Purchaser helps maintain uninterrupted operations and contributes significantly to the success and reliability of the company’s projects.What You'll DrivePreparation and administration of all purchasing activities for materials and services, including:Receiving Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and conducting a thorough review of each requestIssuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and ensuring timely receipt of quotationsNegotiating prices, quality, and delivery terms, and preparing Bid AnalysesIssuing Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating with vendorsFollowing up on delivery schedules and payment statusProcurement of various items, including but not limited to:MEP materialsStructural steel materialsFastenersSignboardsLifting and safety equipmentIndustrial and commercial gasesFirefighting equipment, etc.Regular coordination with requisition owners, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement workflows.Continuous follow-up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.Preparation and processing of Purchase Orders and related documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.Preparation of weekly and monthly procurement reports for management review.QualificationsYou're a Great Fit if You HaveBachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field)Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar procurement role within construction companiesStrong negotiation, communication, and vendor‑management skillsKnowledge of procurement processes, documentation, and supply‑chain best practicesProficiency in MS Office and ERP procurement modules (an advantage)Why You'll Enjoy Working with UsExciting ProjectsDiverse TeamPositive Workplace CultureAdditional InformationSix Construct is guided by our core values of respect, excellence, co‑creation, passion, and unity.
