A prominent name in Oil & Gas industry is looking to hire a Purchase Supervisor for their office based in Abu Dhabi.Job Responsibilities:Experienced in reviewing and updating supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing business needs and as per local and international regulationsExperienced in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, vendors and freight ForwardersMust be able to understand the business needs and plan strategies to reduce the cost of supply chainExperienced in ensuring that supplies and equipment’s are shipped on schedule by vendors.Must have knowledge in preparing and processing various forms involving change orders, exception reports and other buying procedures.Must have knowledge in preparing quotation analysis for received quotations for procurement approvalMust be able to appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurementsMust be experienced in the implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001:2000Education & other Requirements:Bachelor`s in EngineeringMust have minimum 5 years work experience in similar roleMust be from Oil & Gas back groundMust have professional Supply chain certificationSalary Details:Basic Salary: – AED 8,000/- to 9,000 pmAccommodation: AED 40,000 per annum (Single/Married), AED 50,000 per annum (Married with 1 child), AED 55,000 per annum (married with 2 children) children below 18 years only considered for this eligibilityEducation Allowance: AED 1,000/- per child per month from Grade 1 to 12#J-18808-Ljbffr
