Purchase Officer - Facade

Meraki Group is on the lookout for a skilled Purchase Officer - Facade to join our procurement team.As a Purchase Officer, you will manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the procurement process for facade components. This role is essential in ensuring that all facade materials are sourced effectively, delivered on time, and align with our quality standards and project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers for facade materials based on project requirements and specifications.Manage the procurement process from request for quotation (RFQ) to the issuance of purchase orders.Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions with vendors.Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials.Monitor supplier performance and address any delivery or quality issues as they arise.Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes.Stay updated on market trends and innovations in facade materials and solutions.Why Join UsYou'll be part of a growing and professional team delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.
