The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well‑established regional presence.Job SummaryAl Marwan Machinery Rentals & Sales is looking for an experienced and highly organized Tracking Manager to oversee the tracking and monitoring of heavy machinery and equipment across operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate equipment tracking, asset monitoring, and coordination with operations, trading, and inventory teams to maintain efficient utilization and control of company assets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations, asset tracking systems, and inventory control, with the ability to manage data, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure transparency in equipment movement and availability.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Tracking Manager include, but are not limited to:Manage and supervise the tracking of all heavy machinery and equipment across company projects and yardsMaintain accurate records of equipment movement, allocation, and availabilityMonitor asset utilization to ensure optimal deployment of machineryCoordinate with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams regarding equipment status and locationEnsure proper documentation of equipment transfers, rentals, and returnsMaintain tracking databases and reporting systems for all machinery and assetsGenerate periodic reports on equipment utilization, downtime, and inventory statusWork closely with trading and inventory teams to track asset purchases, transfers, and disposalsImplement and improve tracking systems to enhance efficiency and transparencyEnsure compliance with company asset management policies and proceduresSupport management with data analysis and reports related to machinery tracking and operational performanceRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)4–6 years of experience in heavy machinery operations, equipment tracking, or asset managementExperience in equipment rental, construction, or heavy machinery industry preferredStrong knowledge of asset tracking systems and inventory control processesExcellent organizational and analytical skillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and reporting tools)Ability to handle multiple equipment records and operational data simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with strong problem‑solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
