We have an urgent opening for Purchase Manager Incharge (Pipeline Projects) in a leading Oil & Gas industry , responsible for procurement, vendor management, purchase order handling, and ensuring timely sourcing of materials for pipeline projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage vendor base for pipeline materials, equipment, and services. Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track material dispatch up to site delivery. Coordinate with engineering, site, logistics, and stores for requirement planning. Maintain PR/PO trackers, commercial files, documentation, and procurement MIS. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and cost optimization. Requirements: Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Supply Chain / related discipline. Experience: Minimum 7 years in procurement (Oil & Gas / Pipeline / EPC preferred) / Strong in negotiation, costing, and vendor management. Proficient in Excel / Google Suite; working knowledge of SAP / ERP preferred. Knowledge of inter-state GST and commercial terms is mandatory. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
