Purchase Executive

Job Description You will be working as a Purchase Executive at Japfa Comfeed India Pvt. Ltd., located in Viman Nagar, Pune. Japfa Comfeed India Pvt. As a Purchase Executive, your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in sourcing quality materials according to company requirements - Coordinating with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules - Preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation - Following up with suppliers to track order status and ensure timely delivery - Managing purchase records and updating databases (Excel/SAP/ERP) - Supporting senior team members in vendor evaluation and selection - Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies - Monitoring inventory levels and communicating procurement needs - Assisting in resolving any supply issues or discrepancies To be considered for this role, you should have: - A B.Com degree (Freshers are encouraged to apply) - Basic understanding of purchasing or supply chain processes (preferred) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation - Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from 15,000.00 to 20,000.00.
