Job Description
OverviewThe Pump Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining water, sewage, and transfer pump systems to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain water, sewage, or transfer pumps and associated systems.Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal pump performance and identify issues.Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor repairs on pumps, valves, and pipelines.Record operating data such as pressure, flow rates, and fluid levels.Coordinate with maintenance/technical teams for major repairs or breakdowns.Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.Qualifications / Requirements2-3 years of experience in pump operation, maintenance, or similar roles.Strong knowledge of pump systems, valves, and mechanical components.Ability to read gauges/meters and follow procedures accurately.Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/industrial environments.Location: Geewan IslandWorking Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/weekAccommodation & Transportation: ProvidedContract: 3 Months#J-18808-Ljbffr
