Job Description

Job DescriptionDraft, circulate and monitor all published materials (such as press and video releases, event materials, briefing documents, and media citations), and proactively manage media reputation and mitigate potential risks or escalates as required to protect Takamol’s brand integrity. Address any public relations issues that may arise.Find, assess and coordinate with PR and media-buying/advertising agencies to efficiently execute campaigns and ensure services are provided on time and in line with Takamol standards and guidelines.Coordinate with event organizers and relevant internal departments to ensure all PR matters are handled adequately in both internal and external events. Prepare all required event materials and complete projects related to external communication and public relations.Keep abreast of best‑in‑class practices and market developments, perform PR‑related research, and make improvement recommendations to determine public opinion of the company and mitigate any negative media or press coverage as necessary.Coordinate and monitor all public stakeholder relationships, and provide proactive and positive communication between Takamol and its community to enhance the company’s reputation and brand exposure, supporting Takamol’s strategic objectives.Actively seek to develop and deepen expertise related to communications and PR in line with functional requirements.Manage relationships with influencers and news accounts, coordinate with them, and review their content to ensure alignment with Takamol’s communication strategy, standards, and guidelines, enhancing positive media presence and safeguarding the company’s brand reputation.Develop and implement crisis communication plans, respond to sensitive media inquiries, and coordinate with leadership to manage reputational risks effectively.Prepare periodic media monitoring and performance reports, analyze KPIs related to coverage, reach, sentiment, and campaign effectiveness, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.Coordinate and manage media appearances (broadcast and print) with relevant media outlets to facilitate interviews and features for senior leadership and spokespersons representing projects managed by Takamol, ensuring accurate messaging and strategic positioning.Perform any other duties as required by the Direct Manager.Minimum QualificationsBachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or a similar field, postgraduate degree preferred.Minimum Experience2‑4 years of experience in PR, Marketing or a comparable area.Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Strong awareness of the KSA/international labour marketStrong empathy and emotional intelligenceAnalytical thinkingNegotiation skillsCommunication skillsAdvocacy skillsJob code: EX-3E4D9A6BJob type: Full‑timeLocation: Riyadh RegionAbout the company: Takamol Holding#J-18808-Ljbffr
