Be a part of a team driven by a purpose of shaping the world that we live in, based on trust and integrity in markets, dynamic businesses, and communities where businesses and people thrive.Join us to expand your horizons, be inspired, face challenges, and most importantly, be yourself.ResponsibilitiesTrade License & Corporate ComplianceAssisting in end‑to‑end renewal, amendment, and cancellation of mainland and free zone licencesLiaising with DED, free zones, chambers, and authorities to maintain valid registrationsMonitoring Emiratization quotas and compliance to avoid blocks, fines, or disruptionsMaintaining accurate trackers for expiries, approvals, payments, and documentsGovernment LiaisonActing as the primary contact with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, CICPA, municipalities, and ministriesStaying updated on regulatory changes and advising management on required actionsCoordinating government inspections, approvals, and site visits (Civil Defence, Municipality, etc.)Immigration & Employee ServicesProcessing employment visas, renewals, cancellations, transfers, and dependent visasCoordinating medical tests, Emirates ID, residency stamping, and insurance requirementsEnsuring accurate and compliant maintenance of employee immigration recordsDocumentation & Internal CoordinationMaintaining secure and organized records of licenses, visas, permits, and official correspondenceSupporting HR with onboarding and offboarding from a government‑compliance perspectiveAssisting senior management and shareholders with attestations and government‑related requestsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience2 – 3+ years of PRO experience in the UAE, with proven responsibility for trade license renewalsStrong working knowledge of UAE government portals and authoritiesExcellent organizational and time‑management skillsStrong communication skills in English and ArabicHigh attention to detail and confidentialityAdditional RequirementsPlease note that this role is for UAE Nationals (with valid Family Book) only, as required to meet government quota and regulatory obligations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
