The PR Manager will take ownership of client accounts, lead the development and execution of public relations strategies, and work in close collaboration with senior leadership to craft compelling, impactful narratives for a diverse and prestigious portfolio of clients.The ideal candidate brings not only proven agency experience but a genuine passion for the luxury, fashion and beauty industries — understanding their rhythms, their audiences, and the editorial and cultural conversations that move them. This is a role for someone who is as comfortable in a Tier-1 media meeting as they are at a brand event, and who understands instinctively how great PR functions at the intersection of story, relationship and timing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute tailored, insight-driven PR strategies for a portfolio of luxury, fashion and beauty clients, from campaign conception through to delivery and reporting.Lead the planning and delivery of PR campaigns, ensuring all activity is aligned with client objectives, brand positioning and commercial goals.Translate brand narratives into compelling media stories, maintaining a high standard of creativity, cultural relevance and strategic clarity across all communications.Prepare comprehensive PR plans, campaign timelines, post-campaign analyses and performance reports for senior leadership and client review.Media RelationsBuild, cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with editors, journalists, correspondents and content creators across print, digital and broadcast media — with a particular focus on fashion, beauty and luxury lifestyle titles in the GCC and internationally.Develop and pitch compelling story angles to secure high-quality editorial coverage across Tier-1 and Tier-2 media outlets, including but not limited to Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Vogue Arabia, Mojeh, Emirates Woman, Grazia Middle East and L'Officiel Arabia.Produce polished press releases, media pitches, media kits, brand briefing documents and all associated PR materials to a consistently excellent standard.Manage media enquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring clients are represented accurately and with care at all times.Events & Brand ActivationsLead the conceptualisation, planning and execution of PR events and brand activations — including press launches, editorial previews, influencer gatherings, client dinners and pop-up experiences — with a sophisticated understanding of how experiential moments translate into sustained media and social coverage.Manage brand collaborations and co-activation opportunities, demonstrating a thorough understanding of how partnership-led events work strategically and operationally, from partner identification and brief development through to delivery and amplification.Act as the on-the-ground lead at client events, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the agency's and client's standards of excellence.Client ManagementServe as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trusted and transparent relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, brand values and target audience, ensuring all PR activity is purposefully aligned with their broader goals.Prepare and present regular status reports, coverage summaries and strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity.Crisis & Issues ManagementSupport senior leadership in the management of sensitive media situations and crisis communications, responding swiftly, calmly and strategically to protect client reputation.Maintain up-to-date crisis communications protocols and ensure client teams are prepared and briefed.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEducationBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.ExperienceA minimum of 5–6 years of public relations experience, with the majority of that career spent within an agency environment.Demonstrable experience working with clients in the
