PTW Engineer

Manage the full Permit to Work (PTW) process, including preparation, review, issuance, and closure of permits.Ensure all permits comply with project, EPC contractor, and client safety standards.Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and HSE teams to plan and authorize daily work activities.Conduct site checks to confirm compliance with permit conditions, risk controls, and isolation requirements.Support LOTO implementation, energy isolation plans, and safety procedural adherence.Maintain PTW registers, logs, and documentation for audits and project close-out.Provide PTW training, safety awareness, and continuous improvement recommendations.SkillsRequired Qualifications & SkillsTechnical QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering10+ years experience in PTW systems within EPC environments (oil & gas, petrochemical, power, construction, industrial projects).In-depth knowledge of international safety standards (OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001, etc.).Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of construction and commissioning activities.Excellent knowledge of LOTO, isolation procedures, and hazard identification.Ability to read engineering drawings and method statements.Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.Experience using electronic PTW systems (ePTW) is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
