At Masar, we believe that recovery is a path to renewed life and personal growth, and we are dedicated to guiding our clients at every step.</p><h3>Role Description</h3><ul><li>Assesses, diagnoses, and treats individuals who are experiencing mental health problems.</li><li>Deals with a variety of psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and emotional developmental disorders.</li><li>Utilizes therapeutic techniques such as modern therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and group therapy to help improve the mental health and psychological well‑being of patients.</li><li>Assessing the mental condition of patients and diagnosing mental disorders.</li><li>Implementing psychological therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, modern therapy, and group therapy.</li><li>Guiding patients and providing advice on treatment and psychological recovery.</li><li>Collaborating with other healthcare team members and referring to other specialists as needed.</li></ul><h3>Tasks and Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assessing patients and diagnosing mental disorders and determining treatment needs.</li><li>Developing and implementing personalized treatment programs for patients based on their individual needs.</li><li>Providing psychological support and active listening to patients to help improve their mental state.</li><li>Educating patients and families about mental disorders and advising them on how to cope with them.</li><li>Referring patients to other available resources such as social support and other medical services.</li><li>Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Master's degree in clinical psychology.</li><li>A recognized license as clinical psychologist.</li><li>Previous experience in providing psychological therapy and dealing with a variety of mental disorders.</li><li>Previous experience 5 years in addiction field.</li><li>(CBT) Certificate.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Psychology and Psychological Testing skills.</li><li>Strong communication and mental health knowledge.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Ability to analyze and conduct psychological assessments to determine individual treatment needs.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
