PSP Onboarding Specialist (FX Industry)

We are hiring a PSP Onboarding & Payments Partnerships Specialist to join a fast-paced FX/CFD business in Dubai. This role will focus on onboarding and managing PSPs, EMIs, and banking partners, ensuring smooth integrations, strong approval rates, and compliant payment operations.Job Title: PSP Onboarding & Payments Partnerships Specialist (FX Industry)Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeCandidates must have experience in the FX / CFD industry!!!Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end onboarding of new PSPs, EMIs, and banking partners, including due diligence, integration, and go-live.Handle corporate documentation submission (KYB/KYC), ensuring compliance with AML, PCI-DSS, and regulatory requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with payment providers and conduct regular performance reviews.Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams to support API integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and cashier workflow optimization.Monitor PSP performance (approval ratios, failures, chargebacks) and work with risk teams to reduce financial exposure.Improve onboarding processes to reduce time-to-market for new payment solutions.Requirements2 to3+ years of experience in PSP onboarding, payments operations, or partnerships within FX, CFD, fintech, or brokerage environment.Strong understanding of payment methods including card processing, e-wallets, crypto payments, and local payment solutions.Familiar with cashier systems, API documentation, and CRM platforms.Strong Excel skills (reporting, analysis, data handling).Solid understanding of AML/KYC/KYB requirements.Fluent English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.To apply for this position and to explore many other exciting opportunities, visit and apply through our career page: https://www.careers-page.com/toptalent-2#J-18808-Ljbffr
