This role is instrumental in correlating core network KPIs, signaling insights, and service performance metrics to proactively elevate end-to-end customer experience across data, VoLTE, video, and digital services.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a PS Core & CEx Engineer, you will analyze and optimize PS Core, IMS, and multi‑vendor network environments to improve customer experience across all mobile services. You will work with complex KPI/KQI datasets, correlate performance degradations across 4G, 5G‑SA/NSA, and IoT technologies, and drive root‑cause investigations for service‑impacting issues. Your responsibilities include collaborating with RAN, Transmission, IT, and vendor teams to resolve cross‑domain problems while leveraging analytics, CEM platforms, Python, SQL, and visualization tools to generate actionable insights. This role requires a blend of strong core network expertise, data analysis proficiency, and customer‑centric problem‑solving.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesPS Core & Network Expertise✓ Analyze interfaces and signaling across PS Core nodes: SGSN, GGSN, MME, SGW, PGW, AMF, SMF/UPF✓ Assess and optimize KPIs & KQIs for 4G, 5G‑SA/NSA, and IoT services✓ Perform RCA for data, VoLTE, and application performance issues✓ Collaborate with RAN, Transmission, IT, and vendor engineering teams✓ Recommend optimal solutions for core‑related service degradationsCustomer Experience (CEx) & Analytics✓ Define, monitor, and analyze customer experience–driven KPIs and KQIs✓ Correlate core network KPIs with CEx/KQI degradation at user, cell, site, or service levels✓ Perform customer journey analysis across attach, session setup, data transfer, and service usage✓ Conduct service‑specific analytics (Video, OTT, Gaming, Enterprise APNs, IoT, MVNOs)✓ Utilize CEM platforms, databases, and visualization tools to drive actionable insights✓ Develop use cases and proactive detection mechanisms using trends and anomaliesRequired Qualifications & Skills✓ Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field✓ Strong expertise in PS Core and IMS (IMS experience preferred)✓ Hands‑on experience in multi‑vendor ecosystems (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia)✓ Solid understanding of E2E mobile network architecture: RAN, EPC, 5GC✓ Proficiency in Python, SQL, and visualization tools✓ Strong analytical mindset with excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills✨ Nice‑to‑Have Skills✓ Experience working with customer experience analytics platforms (CEM/CEx)✓ Familiarity with machine‑learning–based anomaly detection✓ Exposure to data engineering workflows and ETL processes✓ Hands‑on experience with VoLTE and 5G service optimization✓ Strong presentation and reporting skills for executive‑level stakeholdersRecruitment Pro TipHighlight specific examples where you correlated KPIs with customer‑experience outcomes—quantifiable improvements in VoLTE, data, or 5G service KPIs can significantly strengthen your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
