Report any contract quality program or cost issues early along with recommendations for resolution.Manage external organizations providing commissioning equipment systems or services (e.g. issue permits to work provide guidance on health and safety requirements and work practices accept completed work).Actively develop and coach colleagues. Cultivate a network of commissioning professionals within and outside the business unit. Take a lead role in developing the function by gathering and sharing best practices.Create standard processes and tools.
