Proposal Manager

ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end proposal development and bid submissions, from opportunity tracking to final submissionAssign responsibilities and manage proposal team workflowInterpret RFP/RFQ requirements and ensure compliance with submission instructionsCreate proposal schedules and manage timelines to ensure timely deliveryLead preparation of fee proposals and pricing matrices, ensuring alignment with scope of services and profitability targetsConduct benchmarking and market research to inform pricing models and value propositionsLiaise with directors, design teams, marketing, and other departments to gather relevant content and approvalsCollaborate with global offices to leverage international expertise and referencesReview and proofread all proposal documents for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standardsEnsure proposals present a consistent and professional image of the Aedas brandRequirementsBachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in architecture, engineering, or constructionStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Excellent organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in MS OfficeKnowledge of CRM systems and document management tools is an advantageAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyFamiliarity with architectural terminology and project types is preferredWe provide opportunities for long term career development with an expanding international practice.
