The system does not support proper monitoring, automation, or energy management of HVAC and electrical systems. Critical equipment including 180 Nos. FCUs and 9 Nos. chilled water pumps are not integrated, while approximately 120 Nos. FCU thermostats and actuator valves are non‑functional. The absence of centralized automation has resulted in inefficient cooling control, high energy consumption, increased equipment wear, and lack of energy monitoring and reporting. Comprehensive replacement and upgrade of the BMS platform is required.Scope of WorkDismantle and remove the existing non-functional BMS panels, controllers, and associated hardware serving Buildings 1, 2, and 3.Supply and install a new modern, scalable BMS platform for Jewellery & Gemplex Buildings 1, 2, and 3.Integrate (75 Nos.) RAHUs, (21 Nos.) FAHUs into the new BMS with full monitoring and control functionality.Integrate one hundred eighty (180 Nos.) FCUs into the BMS including replacement of approximately one hundred twenty (120 Nos.) faulty thermostats and actuator valves.Integrate nine (9 Nos.) chilled water pumps with VFDs into the BMS and configure AUTO mode operation.Install and connect all required sensors, control valves, actuators, and communication modules.Test, commission, and hand over the complete BMS system to ensure reliable, automated, and energy‑efficient operation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
