Proposal EngineerKey ResponsibilitiesAssessment and evaluation of tenders & industrial enquiry of water & wastewater treatment, highlight key requirements & risks to management and build ideas on project winning strategyDesign, estimate and prepare offers/contracts for water & wastewater treatment systemsDesign of ETP, STP, WTP, UF/RO, Pumping stationsFamiliar will reverse-osmosis (RO) design software like ROZA, Wave Dow membrane, IMS Design for Hydranautics membranePreparation of Mass balance, Ionic balance, plant layout, PFD, P&IDs & Hydraulic flow diagramInterpret CAD drawings and coordinate with CAD technicians in the preparation of drawingsControl philosophy & SOP for the process designPreparation of technical & commercial proposals as client requirement with best technologiesPrepare specifications and purchase requisitions for plants and equipment, evaluate quotations, select vendorsPreparation of both technical & commercial bid for the online tendering within tender deadlinesParticipate in government tendering for the technical & commercial negotiationsMeetings the clients for technical & commercial discussions & finalization of ordersCosting & Estimation of civil quantities & electromechanical equipment Preparation of BOQConduct data analysis, report writing, and presentations to clients and agenciesQualificationsSchool & Graduation - BE/B. Tech. (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical)Good Communication skills in EnglishMin 5-7 years’ experience in a professional water and wastewater treatment company in proposal engineer.Should have independently handled Proposals for Large Turnkey Projects and or on BOOT basisDemonstrated Technical aptitude to interpret specifications for projectsShould have sound Commercial Knowledge and Excellent Verbal / Written communication skillsSkills for Microsoft office, Autocad#J-18808-Ljbffr
