Proposal Engineer

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading provider of integrated products services and customized engineering solutions company in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is looking for a Proposal Engineer having experience in technical proposal preparation and cost estimation preferably within the fire and safety industry. Candidates with a background in Instrumentation Electrical or Mechanical Engineering are encouraged to apply. This role involves managing the end-to-end proposal development process for engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Proposal Development & Cost Estimation:- Analyze client requirements and develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.- Prepare accurate cost estimates ensuring competitiveness and profitability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering procurement and operations.- Ensure all proposals comply with client specifications industry standards and internal guidelines.2. Client & Stakeholder Communication:- Interact with clients to understand technical needs and address queries.- Support business development and sales teams with proposal content and pricing insights.- Assist in negotiations by providing technical and commercial justifications.3. Product Research & Development:- Stay updated on new technologies and products relevant to the company s offerings.- Conduct research to propose optimal tailored solutions.- Evaluate vendors and suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness.4.
