Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager, on behalf of our client who is a leading global real estate services firm based out of Abu Dhabi.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty ManagementOversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently.Manage tenant relationships, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.Monitor and control property expenses, approving expenditures and ensuring cost-effective operations.Collect rent and manage arrears, implementing collection strategies as needed.Leasing and MarketingWork with leasing teams to market vacant spaces and negotiate lease terms.Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are ready for viewings.Compliance and ReportingEnsure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, financial performance, and maintenance activities.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, in the UAE real estate market is essentialEducation: Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
