At Kaizen, we are committed to providing outstanding residential and commercial properties that exceed expectations in terms of design, quality, and sustainability.As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our property portfolio, ensuring that our buildings are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and rental income is maximized. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members will be crucial to your success in this role.ResponsibilitiesSupervise all operations related to the management of our properties, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relationsDevelop and implement property management plans to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfactionOversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, screening prospective tenants, and negotiating lease agreementsMaintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions and rental trends to inform pricing and marketing strategiesEnsure that all properties meet compliance standards and adhere to local regulations and lawsManage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and oversee maintenance and repair projectsHandle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a professional and timely mannerMonitor and analyze financial performance, prepare monthly financial reports, and develop annual property budgetsStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive continuous improvement in property management practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related fieldProven experience in property management, preferably in residential and commercial propertiesStrong knowledge of property management principles, local regulations, and landlord-tenant lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and team membersEffective leadership abilities with the aptitude to manage a team of maintenance and administrative staffDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skillsProficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in budgeting and financial analysisValid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation#J-18808-Ljbffr
