Job Description

Job Description Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting analysis, verification, and remediation of publicly recorded information to ensure data quality and integrity. Your tasks will include quality control, data analysis, vendor feedback, and reporting functions. Your goal will be to maintain the reliability of data through your process knowledge and research skills. Key Responsibilities: - Perform quality control of data using department applications and procedures. - Analyze and verify transmitted vendor data of keyed documents. - Review and analyze document images and data fields for various document and court case types. - Provide vendor feedback for errors in transmitted data and QC error rate statistics. - Identify and remediate data issues, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. - Reconcile and document all failures within existing processes and validations. - Collaborate with team members and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines successfully. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of relevant experience. - Basic knowledge of real estate data, especially public records. - Familiarity with public record data maintenance and county-specific nuances. - Proficiency in entering data into internal applications and using Recorder Data and Deed data. - Strong analytical skills and experience in quality assurance. - Knowledge of MS Office suite applications, particularly MS Excel. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Organized, results-driven, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Please note that the schedule for this position is from 5:30 am PST to 2:30 PM PST or 6:00 PM to 3 AM IST.
