Property Consultant

Taleb Realty LLC, a US-based company, is seeking a dynamic and driven Property Consultant to join our team at our new Dubai office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.Facilitate property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.Negotiate contracts, offers, and terms to secure the best deal for clients.Property Listings & Marketing:Develop and manage property listings on various platforms.Create compelling marketing materials, including online listings, and social media posts.Work closely with developers, brokers, and other agents to expand the property portfolio.Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.Guide clients through financial processes, including mortgage applications, contracts, and property transfers.Ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulations and RERA guidelines.Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a significant advantage.Exhibit exceptional networking skills to build and sustain strong relationships.Approach tasks with a positive attitude, dedication, and a strong work ethic.Excellent in English, proficiency in a second language is highly desirable.A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.Uphold professionalism and align with the company’s high standards in behavior.Demonstrate punctuality and actively contribute to the company’s growth and success.#J-18808-Ljbffr
