Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About the PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Promotion Manager & Intelligence - Wynn Rewards to join the resort’s Wynn Rewards team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage promotional campaigns that support loyalty program objectives, including point multipliers, tier benefits, and exclusive member eventsCoordinate on‑property activations such as drawings, tournaments, and themed experiencesServe as emcee for promotional events, ensuring high energy and guest interactionCollaborate with CRM and database marketing teams to segment audiences and personalise offersEnsure promotions are aligned with loyalty tiers, player value, and behavioural insightsMonitor redemption rates and guest feedback to optimise future campaignsPartner with Player Development, Guest Services, and IT to ensure seamless execution of promotionsWork with Creative and Digital teams to develop promotional materials and messagingLiaise with vendors for sourcing promotional items and event logisticsEnsure all promotions comply with gaming regulations and internal audit standardsComplete necessary documentation for contest winners, including tax forms and release waiversTrack KPIs such as participation, ROI, and guest satisfaction; provide post‑event analysisManage promotional budgets and ensure cost‑effective executionMaintain a calendar of events and coordinate staffing and resources accordinglyAbout YouBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field3–5 years of experience in gaming marketing, loyalty programmes, or event managementStrong understanding of guest segmentation, CRM, and promotional analyticsExcellent public speaking and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with loyalty platforms and kiosk systems preferredEligible for UAE gaming license and background clearanceExperience in luxury hospitality or integrated resort environmentsFamiliarity with loyalty programme design and tier‑based marketingGraphic design or creative campaign development skills are a plusAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
