Projects Manager – Fit-outOur client is among the most highly respected conglomerates in the Middle East, their portfolio of companies are responsible for managing well established multinational brands across several industries including automotive, real estate, logistics, building industries and interiors/fit-out. They are looking for Projects Manager to join their fit-out team in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Operations and you will be responsible to;Full responsibility for the assigned ProjectsDeliver the assigned projects within the agreed budget, assigned time schedule and to the full satisfaction of the projectsFull collection of all the receivablesRead & understand all aspects of the contract commercially and technically identify and inform about risks and opportunityReviews Project Plan, Scope of Works, Specification and Schedule. Identifies possible Project Cost Savings measures, possible variations to Project Scope of Works. Identify potential Construction Risk and Problems.Prepares Project Time Schedule and Resource Plan.Identify potential risks impacting the project schedule and take necessary action.Assists in preparation of project budget.
