Projects Engineer

Job Title: Projects EngineerLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience: 3-6+ years in project management, construction, or engineeringRole Overview:For our client- Dubai Government entity we are seeking a detail-oriented Projects Engineer to support the successful delivery of projects by ensuring quality, scope control, risk management, and compliance with safety and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will actively monitor project progress, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and contribute to timely project closeout.Key Responsibilities:Support QA/QC processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standardsControl project scope and prevent scope creep through contract complianceAssist in risk management and mitigation planningReview and approve contractor and consultant staffing and qualificationsAttend progress meetings and monitor contractor performanceEnsure site safety procedures and PPE complianceManage site security via gate pass approvalsFollow up on project closeout documentation including as-built drawings and warrantiesCoordinate the timely acquisition of NOCs and permitsRequirements:Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering (Control Systems) or related field; Masters preferred3-6+ years of experience in project management, construction, or engineering rolesStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with project management principles and certifications preferredCore Competencies:Results-driven with strong execution focusAccountability and ownership of tasksCollaborative team player with strong communication skillsInnovative and customer-service oriented mindsetIf you are proactive and committed to driving project success, apply now to join a dynamic team delivering impactful developments in Dubai.#J-18808-Ljbffr
