Projects Control Engineer / Coordinator

<div><p>We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and disciplined<b>ERP&Projects Control Engineer / Coordinator</b>to manage and maintain the organization’s ERP system while supporting day-to-day project operations.</p><p>This role works closely with the senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, real-time capture and reporting of project data, costs, and progress. The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and comfortable coordinating across Projects, Procurement, Accounts, HR, and Site Teams.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>1. ERP System Management&Data Integrity</h3><ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely entry of project, procurement, HR and financial data into the ERP system</li><li>Enforce system discipline and minimize off-system/manual tracking</li><li>Follow up with departments to maintain data completeness and accuracy</li></ul><h3>2. Project Setup&Execution Tracking</h3><ul><li>Upload and maintain project records including BOQs, budgets and schedules</li><li>Update daily project progress, manpower allocation and resource utilization</li></ul><h3>3. Cost Control&Expense Tracking</h3><ul><li>Coordinate with Accounts to ensure proper cost allocation and coding</li><li>Track project budgets and expenditures against approved costs</li><li>Ensure correct use of cost codes across all transactions</li></ul><h3>4. Project Monitoring&Reporting</h3><ul><li>Monitor planned vs. actual progress across projects</li><li>Identify delays, risks, and resource gaps and elevate to management</li><li>Support decision-making through accurate data tracking</li></ul><h3>5. Procurement&Material Coordination</h3><ul><li>Track material requests, purchase orders, deliveries, and consumption</li><li>Coordinate with Procurement and Site Teams to avoid delays or shortages</li></ul><h3>6. Master Data Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain accurate and structured records of materials, vendors, employees, and projects</li><li>Prevent duplication and ensure data consistency across the ERP system</li></ul><h3>7. Cross-Functional Coordination</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with Projects, Procurement, Accounts, HR, and Site Teams</li><li>Facilitate coordination meetings and ensure alignment across departments</li></ul><h3>8. Meeting Coordination&Follow-Ups</h3><ul><li>Prepare and record Minutes of Meetings (MOM)</li><li>Track action items and ensure timely closure</li><li>Prepare and maintain:<ul><li>Daily reports (progress, manpower, materials)</li><li>Weekly reports (project and procurement status)</li><li>Monthly reports (cost analysis and budget vs. actuals)</li></ul></li></ul><h3>10. Document Control&Record Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain organized records of drawings, approvals, and project documentation</li><li>Ensure proper version control and document accessibility</li></ul><h3>11. User Support&ERP Adoption</h3><ul><li>Provide support and guidance to team members on ERP usage</li><li>Drive system adoption and improve user compliance</li><li>Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements</li><li>Support digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Education&Experience</h3><ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field</li><li>2–5 years of experience in construction, project coordination or ERP systems</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Familiarity with project planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar</li><li>Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext, or equivalent)</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Basic understanding of BOQs, project costing and construction/site operations</li></ul><h3>Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities</li><li>Ability to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams</li><li>High level of discipline, accountability, and attention to detail</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
