Project Specification Manager

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a premium building materials company specializing in luxury Tiles & Slabs Wall & Floor Coverings and Bathroom solutions. Our client is looking for a Project Specification Manager to lead product specification efforts across high-end residential hospitality and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects designers and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of luxury materials into key developments.Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects interior designers developers and contractors.- Drive product specifications through presentations showroom tours and lunch & learn sessions.- Act as a technical advisor by providing accurate product knowledge performance data and compliance information.- Manage and track specification pipelines using CRM tools from design to execution.- Develop and maintain precise cut sheets technical documents and sustainability certifications.- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned project and promotional efforts.- Stay current with industry trends design innovations LEED standards and UAE building codes.Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Architecture Interior Design or related field.- Strong existing network within the A&D developer and contractor communities.- Proven expertise in interpreting architectural drawings and coordinating design-to-installation processes.- Proficiency in CRM/project tracking systems and technical documentation.- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.Benefits- Attractive Salary Benefits - Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). - A proven track record of 8-10 years in supply chain, procurement, and logistics roles, with at least 3-5 years in leadership positions. - Profound knowledge of procurement strategies, supply chain optimization, and logistics management. - Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in wood-based panel products or related sectors, is highly advantageous - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - An analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in utilizing supply chain management software and tools. - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
