Project Specialist

<div><h3>About the Role</h3><p>As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital, AI, automation, and transformation projects across Zahid Group ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives, and deliverables; track progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication while maintaining accurate project documentation and administrative processes, including management of POs/PRs and the AI inventory.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Coordinate and administer digital, AI, automation, and transformation projects from planning through execution and closure, including resource and facility planning.</li><li>Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and Center of Excellence team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with goals.</li><li>Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables; report status updates and key metrics to team members, management and program leadership.</li><li>Organize and facilitate meetings, document action items and minutes, and ensure timely follow-up.</li><li>Maintain and update project documentation including timelines, status reports, risk assessments, policies, procedures, and change notifications.</li><li>Manage administrative tasks such as processing and tracking POs/PRs, onboarding team members, and overseeing licenses, subscriptions, and system access.</li><li>Maintain and update the AI inventory across Zahid Group ecosystem.</li><li>Identify and manage risks and issues, anticipate schedule deviations, and ensure milestones are met.</li><li>Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to project management processes and providing feedback.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications, Skills&Aptitude</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, preferably in digital or technology-driven environments.</li><li>PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with experience in agile environments.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).</li><li>Experience in managing procurement processes (POs/PRs) and maintaining project documentation.</li><li>Ability to track project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in both Arabic and English.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>To view the benefits offered by Zahid Group, please visit our Total Rewards page at Careers.Zahid.com.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
