Project Specialist

To efficiently manage and coordinate projects with a focus on project marketing and building partnerships with both the public and private sectors. This role contributes to achieving organizational goals and supporting sustainability and growth.Responsibilities & DutiesProject Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor projects according to defined timelines.Marketing & Proposals: Prepare project marketing plans and partnership proposals.Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain professional relationships with government agencies and private sector companies.Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare periodic progress reports for management.Performance: Measure and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Analysis: Analyze investment and marketing opportunities related to projects.Proposal Support: Participate in preparing technical and financial proposals.Risk Management: Manage risks and provide effective solutions for implementation challenges.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in any related field.Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred.Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.Previous experience in consultancy firms.Proven track record in project marketing and partnership development.Practical experience dealing with both government and private sectors.Required SkillsCommunication: Strong communication and negotiation skills.Presentation: Ability to prepare professional presentations and marketing materials.Strategic: Analytical skills and the capacity for strategic planning.Operational: High skills in time management and working under pressure.Tools: Proficiency in using project management tools.Language: Native-level fluency in Arabic and full professional proficiency in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
